HOLLYOAKS: JAKE DEAN ARRESTED FOR KIDNAP

LITTLE Holly Cunningham is finally reunited with her distraught mum Cindy – but only after she’s suffered a serious head injury.

And it’s outcast Jake Dean who finds the troublesome youngster.

But as he carries her limp body past the search party, he gets anything but a hero’s welcome.

For as soon as Holly is taken from his arms the police swoop and arrest him for kidnap and false imprisonment.

And there’s no way Holly can back up his side of the story, so the police have no choice but to arrest their chief suspect.

A Hollyoaks insider said: “Holly has been hiding out at Spencer Gray’s flat. But when she loses her coat she decides to venture out and buy a new one.

“Heavily disguised, she hangs around the bus stop waiting for Spencer but is seen by Jake, who can’t believe his eyes. All the time she’s been missing he’s been the number one suspect.

“But as soon as she realises the game is up she makes a run for it.

“She then falls over and smashes her head on the pavement. Poor Jake is horrified and quickly rushes over to help her.

He scoops her up into his arms and takes her to Cindy, who has organised yet another search for her daughter.

“But everyone jumps to the wrong conclusion and assumes he must have been hiding her all this time.

“All Cindy can think about is her daughter. She’s badly injured and is rushed to hospital where her life hangs in the balance.”

Fans of the hit Channel 4 soap will be able to watch the dramatic scenes unfold when Holly is finally discovered a week on Tuesday.
