JORDAN is planning to rename herself “Harmony” in a desperate bid to win back the affection of the British public.

The babe fears she has lost legions of fans since her bitter split from former hubby Peter Andre, 36.

Now she’s planning a new identity, which is also the name of a hairspray, having taken the advice of a group of wacky religious pals.

Last night a source close to the babe, who is believed to be worth £30million, said: “It’s all about loving the Earth and being harmonious with the world.

“After a lot of soul-searching Jordan has decided to take the name Harmony after seeking the help of a group of spiritualists.

“She wanted something which shows she is prepared to reject material gain and lead a more spiritual life. She’s so serious she’s even thinking about having the name tattooed on her body.”

Last month we revealed the mum-of-three was planning on “killing off” alter ego Jordan by taking a dip in the “healing” waters of the sacred Ganges river in India.

She took the decision following advice from the mysterious group of religious friends who she met late last year. They also came up with the name Sunflower but Jordan rejected that.

The identity switch idea came after the babe admitted to pals she had been hurt by the public reaction to her split with Andre.

That resulted in an appearance at last month’s National TV Awards where she was booed by fans.
