N-DUBZ STAR TULISA FEELS PRESSURE OF FAME

N-DUBZ star Tulisa is preparing to pack her bags and ditch her north London roots due to the pressures of fame.

The grime trio’s first lady confessed she’s looking to find her own nest in a bid for a fresh start.

And the removal van is on standby for when the royalties from second album Against All Odds, at No 5 midweek, start flooding in.

Tul­isa, 21, told me: “Being famous bloody annoys me. I find it tough and that’s why I can’t wait to get my own place and move out of London and lock myself away.

“I’ve just had enough of everything and I want to hide away. I want somewhere which can be like a new start. Hopefully I should be getting my own place once the album pay cheque comes in after Christmas.

“I can’t wait to sort out my head and have my own space on my days off."

Tulisa, plusDappy and Fazer, both 22, make up one of the hardest-working groups in the industry. By early next year they will have three tours already under their bling belts.

But despite Dappy revealing on their single I Need You about his love of searching Facebook for girls, you won’t find Tulisa tap­ping away at the keyboard on rare days off.

She added: “I’m very excited about the album as it’s already done better than our debut.

“But we’re touring non-stop so we don’t have any plans to celebrate it charting.

“I had my first day off this week in six months and caught up with girlie things, like getting my nails done and trying to chill with friends.

“Because I’ve been working so much I’m oblivious to everything going on around me.

“I don’t even have a computer because I don’t want to know what’s written about me.

“I block myself off from the world and just do my music and my performances.”

Meanwhile, Tulisa made sure she got on the blower to the trio’s good pal and collaborator, London rapper Chipmunk, 18, when they heard about his suicide threats.

She said: “I called him as soon as I heard. He’s a lovely guy.”

Members of N-Dubz have made police statements in relation to an alleged rape at Butlins camp in Skegness, Lincs, their spokesman confirmed.

Dappy and Fazer were sought by police as potential witnesses to the incident after the group performed there last Friday.
