SACHA Baron Cohen is ready for a fight in the courts with wildman US comic Pauly Shore in a row over his new film Bruno.

In the Brit’s flick Bruno, a flamboyant gay Austrian fashionista, adopts a Third World child so he can be like Madonna and Angelina Jolie.

Shore claims the scene was stolen from his “mockumentary” Adopted and sources in the States say he has consulted his lawyers.

But a Bruno insider said: “Sacha’s people are confident he would win any legal battle.”

Meanwhile blundering teachers who allowed Bruno to pose for kinky photos with students at Birmingham High School in Los Angeles won’t be sacked.

The pictures, with Bruno clad in tight shorts, jockstrap and shoulder pads brought calls for teachers to be fired.

But the school has been allowed to leave the control of the local authority – saving their jobs.

Bruno is out on Friday.
