Marie Boilard 1926 2012 WORCESTER Marie (Ladue) Boilard, 85, of Worcester died peacefully Saturday June 30, 2012 in the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with heart disease. Her husband of 59 years, Conrad Boilard passed away in December 2005. Marie was born November 1, 1926 in Springfield Ma.
As the cold winter’s day wore on, Joan continued to remember the dream of the picnic at Hanging Rock with unusual clarity. She spent most of that day trying to write it all down. That night she had the dream again, and the next day she rushed to write the narrative before it escaped her.
